Login rules
Insert your username and password and click the Sign in button. Insertion of correct credentials will result in successful login. In case of inserting incorrect username or password a specific error alert will be displayed. Inserting incorrect password more than 5 times will result in temporary blocking of your account for 30 seconds. Inserting incorrect password more than 10 times in a row will result in temporary blocking of your account for next 24 hours.

I forgot my Username and/or Password
In case you forgot your login information and your account was blocked, you can wait for auto-unlocking after expiration of the above mentioned time limits and try to sign in again. Should you not remember your login information at all, you can always visit any ČSOB branch where we will unlock your account by generating new one-off credentials. stránkách ČSOB.
